  • Participate in projects throughout the complete construction lifecycle, from preconstruction and estimating through construction, turnover, and closeout
  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, change management, and overall profitability
  • Ensure project teams effectively manage schedules, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation, and project execution
  • Identify project risks early and work proactively with teams to develop effective solutions
  • Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure projects meet expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving support on complex construction and project-management issues
  • Participate in client presentations, project interviews, and relationship-development efforts
  • Help identify opportunities for repeat business and cultivate long-term owner and client relationships
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, resource planning, operational priorities, and company growth initiatives
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented culture across project teams

  • Prior experience as a Project Executive, Construction Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or comparable commercial construction leader
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects, Project Managers, and construction teams simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of the complete commercial construction lifecycle, including preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, contracts, cost management, change orders, project controls, and closeout
  • Experience with healthcare construction strongly preferred, particularly projects completed within active hospitals, medical facilities, ambulatory environments, or other occupied healthcare settings
  • Experience with commercial interiors, tenant improvement/build-out, higher education, K-12 education, corporate/Class A office, restaurant, or specialty commercial construction is also highly valued
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated responsibility for project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
