Job description

United Restorations is seeking organized and motivated Construction Project Managers and Project Engineers with a minimum of 2 years of full-time construction project management or project engineering experience to support and manage residential and commercial construction projects. These roles are responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.


Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with field crews, electricians, plumbers, and other trades
  • Assist with estimating, procurement of materials, and project documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
  • Communicate project updates with leadership, clients, and team members

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time construction project management or project engineering experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and jobsite coordination
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical construction documents
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with subcontractors and multiple trades
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing residential and light commercial construction projects
