About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated business development leader to drive meaningful and sustained growth across our enterprise technology services practice. This role is suited for a proactive hunter who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and establishing early momentum in a new market.

The primary mandate of this role is to open the United States market and support long term revenue growth within technology professional services through outbound enterprise outreach, advancement of partner led opportunities primarily with Microsoft, and effective management of complex RFP and procurement processes. You will play a key role in establishing Assembly USA’s presence and enterprise pipeline.

You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Marketing leadership to shape Assembly’s United States go to market approach and position the firm with enterprise buyers.


Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new enterprise opportunities through independent prospecting and outbound outreach

• Build and manage a qualified United States enterprise sales pipeline aligned to long cycle consultative sales motions

• Build your personal brand through personal thought leadership including content creation, videos, blogs, and participation in speaking events and industry forums

• Engage prospective clients in consultative discovery conversations to understand business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions

• Present, demo, and position Assembly’s technology and delivery capabilities to new and existing enterprise clients

• Lead follow up on inbound and partner sourced leads and convert opportunities into qualified pipeline

• Lead outbound outreach to enterprise prospects, Microsoft sellers, ISVs, and channel partners

• Advance partner led opportunities and co selling motions with Microsoft

• Source and coordinate RFP responses, proposal development, and procurement engagements

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with enterprise decision makers and influencers

• Support executive led enterprise sales meetings, workshops, and solution discussions

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and Marketing on United States market strategy and positioning

• Track and report on sales KPIs including pipeline health, revenue forecasts, pipeline velocity, and win loss performance

• Partner with marketing to execute targeted United States demand generation initiatives

• Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine messaging and positioning

• Represent Assembly USA at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events


Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or SaaS

• Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles

• Strong outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and CRM management discipline

• Strong technology background with working knowledge of cloud platforms, digital products, and AI enabled solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills

• Comfort working directly with senior leadership in a growing and entrepreneurial environment


Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Earnings are directly tied to closed enterprise revenue, with meaningful upside for exceeding targets. This role is designed for high performers who want ownership over outcomes and unlimited earning potential.
