NVIDIA pioneered accelerated computing to take on problems ordinary computers cannot! We innovate at the intersection of computer graphics, high performance computing, and artificial intelligence. Accelerated computing is reshaping trillion-dollar industries like transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing, and fostering entirely new industries just taking root. We're building a company, one that makes unique and contributions to the world. We want to attract the world's best people in our field, give them a place to do their life's work, where they can build a great life, and promise never to squander their talents. Our company is crafted to evolve quickly to address new opportunities, making ongoing internal and external communication of our business strategy a top priority.
Our Executive Communications team partners closely with NVIDIA's CEO and senior leaders to shape how the company shows up across stages, screens, meetings, and media. • Staff executives in person at internal and external events, handling last-minute changes with sound judgment, calm, and discretion.
  • Help plan communications support for priority executive engagements, including materials, handoffs, staffing, and follow-through.
  • Translate complex technical, business, and policy topics into clear, compelling narratives for audiences around the world. Learn and help maintain the voice, priorities, and repeated themes that define NVIDIA's story, ensuring consistency across executive content.
  • Partner closely with teams across PR, Marketing, Government Affairs, Investor Relations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research to gather inputs and align messaging quickly.
  • Turn keynote- and launch-level messaging into reusable frameworks, talking points, and content packages for broader executive use.
  • Build repeatable processes and content systems that improve preparation, approvals, and knowledge sharing across the Executive Communications team. Coach executives on preparation and delivery, so they show up with clarity and confidence.

What We Need to See
  • 10+ years of experience in executive communications, speech writing, journalism, strategic communications, or related roles, ideally in technology.
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives through high-profile internal and external communications.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to absorb a leader's voice quickly and produce strong draft material under tight deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to synthesize fast-changing inputs, launches, current events, and business context into clear executive messaging.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and executive presence, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced environment, prioritize ruthlessly, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Available to work on-site at our HQ in Santa Clara & travel occasionally as needed.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd
  • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or globally visible executive.
  • Background in AI, semiconductors, enterprise technology, public policy, or financial communications.
  • Strong experience with live-event staffing, including keynotes, interviews, press moments, and executive travel.
