Location: Boston, MA (4 Days in Office)

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to C-Suite Executives, ensuring seamless coordination across the executive leadership team.

This role requires a strategic partner who can manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information with discretion, and act as an extension of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated experience supporting board-level planning and communications.

  • Acts as a strategic thought partner to executives, contributing insights during planning sessions and maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • Coordinates logistics for meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.

  • Proactively aligns support with strategic goals by understanding the company's mission and anticipating executive needs.
  • Coordinates logistics and communication for meetings and customer engagements, serving as a trusted liaison across stakeholders.

Drives Efficiency:

  • Identifies scheduling conflicts in advance and proposes effective alternatives to maintain momentum.
  • Implements streamlined processes for executive travel and approvals, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Anticipates challenges and delivers thoughtful solutions with minimal direction, enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

Innovative:

  • Leverages GenAI tools to automate meeting summaries, optimize scheduling, and enhance executive time management.
  • Continuously explores new technologies and platforms to improve productivity and communication across the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive board-related information and serving as a liaison between executive leadership and board members.
  • Proven expertise in travel coordination and event planning.
  • Strong proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools.

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Base Compensation Range $100,000 — $135,000 USD
