CNA Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Skillfully and compassionately assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving/assisting with meals, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • Environment: Proactively maintain clean, safe, and organized living conditions for all residents.
  • Documentation: Complete all reports and records in a timely and accurate manner, documenting observations and any changes in resident condition.
  • Compliance: Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Team Support: Enthusiastically perform all other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
