Why We Need Your Talents:
As the Environmental Services Lead Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout Live! Casino & Hotel. Working closely with the EVS Supervisor, you will lead shift operations, serve as the primary point of contact for team members, and ensure all areas-gaming and non-gaming-are maintained to perfection. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing supplies and equipment, preparing for upcoming shifts, and supporting team training. By combining hands-on leadership with strong organizational skills, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
Compensation: $17.00
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
  • Assist the EVS Supervisors with maintaining standards of cleanliness and service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members on that shift as needed
  • Review feedback from daily inspections with EVS Leadership
  • Managing supplies and cleanliness of Storage locations, including inventory
  • Getting supplies ready for the upcoming shift
  • Maintaining inspecting equipment
  • Ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task.
  • Conduct inspections on all gaming and non-gaming EVS areas daily.
  • Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential and proprietary information.
  • Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self and subordinates.
  • Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings.
  • Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • A 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a high-volume facility to include but not limited to retail, casino, hospital, hotel, or public facility in janitorial or executive housekeeping.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs several times a day
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Use of stairs and elevators

Working Conditions:
  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
  • You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
