Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Excellence

Rockford, Illinois

Role Responsibilities

• Lead quality, compliance, and clinical excellence initiatives across the organization

• Oversee QAPI, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness efforts

• Manage accreditation preparation, surveys, audits, and ongoing compliance activities

• Analyze quality outcomes and develop strategies for continuous improvement

• Partner with leadership to foster a culture of accountability, education, and excellence


Qualifications

• Active RN license required

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required, Master's preferred

• Previous hospice quality, compliance, or leadership experience required

• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, accreditation standards, and QAPI

• CHPN certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year

• Quality or compliance certification preferred or willingness to obtain within two years

• Proven ability to lead teams, gain buy in, and drive measurable improvement
