About the Employer

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director or designee, the Disabilities/Mental Health Coordinator ensures that the programs adhere to the Head Start Act regulations/ Performance Standards, and state and local requirements regarding mental health and special needs services for young children birth to five years old.
Continued operation of the Head Start/Early Head Start Program and employment of staff is dependent on the availability of Federal Funding.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Certificate Copy (Child Development Site Supervisor Permit)
  • Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Special Education, Social Work or related field)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 current letters from the last two years)
  • Resume
