$75,000 to $80,000 Base Salary Plus Bonus and Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a high volume, full service restaurant in Greenville, SC. This is a great opportunity for a hands on culinary leader who is passionate about quality food, team development, and creating a clean, organized kitchen.

The Executive Chef will oversee all back of house operations and food production while developing a strong culinary team. Our Greenville, SC location needs a calm, confident leader who can maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
• Lead all back of house team members, operations, and food production
• Train and develop the Sous Chef and kitchen team
• Coach team members and provide feedback on job performance
• Cross train employees on each kitchen station
• Supervise and participate in butchering and portion control
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• Interview and hire back of house team members
• Manage produce, seafood, and main food orders
• Complete inventory every two weeks
• Work closely with the General Manager and entire leadership team

Qualifications
• At least two years of Executive Chef experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
• Butchering experience is required
• Scratch kitchen experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Professional appearance and strong self discipline
