HR Business Partner (Part-Time: 3 Days Per Week)

$60,000 Base Salary (3 Days Per Week Equivalent)

We are partnering with a globally recognized luxury organization as they undergo a significant transformation across the Americas. This is a rare opportunity to join the business as a trusted HR partner, working directly with senior leadership and helping shape the future of the organization during an exciting period of change.


The Opportunity

This hands-on HR Business Partner role will support the Sales & Marketing population across the Americas, partnering closely with a newly appointed Regional President and acting as the primary HR partner for approximately 50 employees. You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support while helping drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and business alignment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an HR professional who is comfortable operating independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing local business needs with global HR priorities.

  • HR Business Partner experience within commercial, sales, marketing, or client-facing environments
  • Strong employee relations and organizational change experience
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience supporting transformation, growth, or organizational change initiatives
  • Exposure to luxury, retail, consumer, hospitality, or premium brand environments is highly desirable


Location & Working Pattern

📍 Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Initially remote while the new office is completed

• Transitioning to onsite presence three days per week later this year

• Permanent part-time position structured around a 3-day-per-week schedule


Compensation

Base Salary: Approximately $60,000 plus bonus
