Job Summary

Our National Account Executive will work with our Commercial Markets Division. This role is laser focused on retaining and expanding business within an assigned set of existing customer accounts across a national footprint. The National Account Executive will be the main point of contact for their customer accounts and will be responsible for creating short and long-term strategies to increase existing business and expanding into new solutions while embedding SIQ as a programmatic partner and trusted advisor.   

Target Salary for this opportunity is $100,000-$120,000 dependent on experience

National Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, leveraging existing relationships and communication skills to gain access to additional decision-makers and executives.
  • Manages portfolio of top tier/high volume, strategic key accounts.
  • Be a consultative trusted advisor for the customer by building in depth relationships and understanding the business goals and objectives.
  • Create account specific strategies to drive customer value, and a roadmap to increase account revenues through increased adoption of SitelogIQ measures and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure execution of program requirements and an excellent customer experience.
  • Acts as internal expert and strategist for the Multi-Family vertical.
  • Set up and drive Strategic business reviews with Key Accounts.
  • Provides mentorship and coaching to other Sales Team Members.
  • Create and maintain opportunities in CRM system.

    National Account Executive Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, National Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive, or relevant role.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Track record of exceeding sales goals of $5M+ and closing deals with average size $100,000+.
    • Experience selling energy efficiency, energy-related services, or other large-scale capital projects.

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    This position is performed in an office and client locations. This position may sit for extended periods, stand, and walk frequently, lift, and carry moderate weight (up to 20 pounds), use hands and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard. Travels more than 50% to client locations and sometimes require dexterity for handling materials or product demonstrations. It may also involve prolonged periods of driving and being on the road.
