ROLE MISSION
This role will take a 360-degree approach to identifying, researching, pitching, and producing world-class guests for The Diary Of A CEO. As Guest Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest booked on the show has the potential to create a high-impact, culturally relevant, and deeply insightful conversation.
You will combine cultural awareness, editorial instinct, and data-driven research to identify emerging voices, influential thinkers, and high-profile guests who align with the themes and audience of The Diary Of A CEO. Alongside guest strategy, you will contribute to creative storytelling ideas that elevate episodes beyond traditional interviews, helping push the boundaries of what podcasting can be.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, the highest attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding research informed by YouTube, audience behaviour, and digital trends. KEY OUTCOMES
  • Monitor YouTube, social media platforms, and cultural trends to identify emerging voices, outliers, and high-value potential guests.
  • Analyse social, search, and audience trends to help inform guest booking decisions and ensure episodes remain timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential guests ahead of pitching to Steven, including their expertise, background, and alignment with The Diary Of A CEO themes, identifying unique angles that could make episodes stand out.
  • Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to uncover untapped opportunities for featuring individuals who can bring new ideas and perspectives to the audience.

CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Support the end-to-end guest booking process, building relationships with guests, agents, and publicists to secure high-quality conversations.
