We are a fast-growing marketing agency based in Atlanta, specializing in paid ads, influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and e-commerce growth. We work with brands to scale through performance-driven marketing systems.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations, recruiting, and partnership growth.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work directly with leadership to manage administrative operations, coordinate recruiting for affiliates and influencers, support hiring efforts, and assist with various business and marketing tasks, including e-commerce "shop" operations and campaign support.
This role requires strong organization, execution speed, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle emails, documents, and internal communications
  • Organize workflows, task lists, and follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day executive operations
Affiliate & Influencer Recruitment
  • Research and identify influencers, creators, and affiliate partners
  • Assist with outreach and follow-ups via email and social media
  • Maintain and update affiliate/influencer databases
  • Track onboarding status and performance
Recruitment Support
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for internal agency roles
  • Post job listings and review applications
  • Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates
