WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to serve as the dedicated technology partner for our CEO. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of all executive-facing technology-both domestically and globally.
The ideal candidate brings advanced technical depth in networks and endpoint systems, the ability to perform in-depth log analysis and root-cause troubleshooting, and the interpersonal skill to support a senior executive with clarity and confidence. Fluency in Korean and English is required to support global collaboration and executive communications.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Executive Technology Enablement
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor and hands-on support resource for the CEO.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize executive laptops, tablets, smartphones, conferencing systems, and travel connectivity solutions.
  • Provide immediate IT support during global travel, executive meetings, and high-stakes events.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Analytics
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, roaming, and international carrier challenges.
  • Perform deep endpoint log analysis (Windows and macOS) to identify root causes of instability, performance degradation, and recurring incidents.
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, including:
    • Windows kernel-level events, system crashes, and BSOD incidents
    • Application hangs, performance bottlenecks, and synchronization failures
    • Global enterprise applications running on endpoint environments
    • Windows indexing, search, and system service failures

Security & Compliance
  • Ensure executive systems comply with enterprise security standards, including:
    • MFA, encryption, secure VPN access, and data protection protocols
    • Secure travel and international connectivity practices
  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to proactively reduce risk.

Collaboration & Optimization
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors on hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Recommend and implement endpoint, network, and application optimization strategies tailored to executive usage patterns.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and best practices; contribute to knowledge base and executive IT playbooks.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Seven or more years in IT support or executive tech enablement roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) to support global executive operations.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and endpoint device management.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
    • Network troubleshooting (VPNs, Wi-Fi, enterprise connectivity).
    • Endpoint diagnostics and log analysis (Event Viewer, crash logs, performance logs).
    • Enterprise conferencing and collaboration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, executive data protection, and secure IT practices.
  • Experience supporting global or multinational environments strongly preferred.
