Job description

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, this role combines strategic support with high-level external representation — not a traditional administrative position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and priorities; coordinate senior leadership meetings and board-related matters
  • Host and manage visits from investors, board members, and key business partners — overseeing meeting logistics, transportation, hospitality, and overall guest experience
  • Assist in preparing investor/board materials, organize key information, and track follow-ups on critical action items
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams/external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and discreet communication
  • Coordinate high-profile business travel, executive-level events, and cross-functional projects
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with strong judgment and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years supporting a founder/C-level executive or working within a VC/PE environment
  • Polished presence and communication skills; comfortable operating in investor, board, and other high-stakes business settings
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and composure under pressure
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus); clear and professional written communication
  • Proficient with scheduling and collaboration tools; solid business acumen (familiarity with basic finance/fundraising terminology is a plus)
  • High EQ and sharp judgment — able to anticipate needs proactively rather than simply executing instructions

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a biotech/life sciences company (familiarity with R&D timelines, clinical trial milestones, or scientific advisory board coordination is a strong plus)
  • International living/working experience, comfortable in cross-border business contexts
