Stribling Equipment and Empire Truck Sales are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the CEO.

This is a highly visible and trusted position requiring exceptional organization, discretion, communication, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is initiative-taking, meticulous, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of working independently with confidential and time-sensitive information.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted, confidential administrative partner and help coordinate executive priorities, communications, reporting, and business activities across multiple companies and locations.

• Provide highly confidential executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team, exercising exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, conference calls, and correspondence, ensuring efficient prioritization of time and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate all aspects of domestic and business travel, including airline reservations, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, detailed itineraries, and travel-related logistics.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain a wide range of executive-level materials, including reports, presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, organizational charts, and other business-critical documentation with minimal supervision.
• Anticipate executive needs, assess priorities, and proactively identify, escalate, and route matters to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, branch locations, vendors, insurance providers, and external business partners to facilitate communication, support organizational goals, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Act as a trusted associate to executive leadership by managing sensitive information, coordinating high-priority projects, and supporting strategic business objectives across the organization.

This position requires someone who can balance professionalism with flexibility and understands the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through when supporting senior executives.

• Previous experience supporting executive-level or senior leadership
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and time-sensitive assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of responsibilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
