We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales team. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, manufacturing software, industrial software, analytics, or business applications into mid-market organizations.

What You'll Do

You'll own a defined territory and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close while growing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and services
  • Build executive relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain organizations
  • Conduct consultative discovery to uncover operational challenges and business objectives
  • Present compelling business cases focused on ROI and measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data
  • Develop territory and account plans that drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth
  • Represent Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and conferences
We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • 3–5+ years of successful B2B software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise application software sales
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing opportunities of $25K+ ACV
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience selling subscription-based software and recurring revenue solutions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Ability to travel 20–35%
