What you'll own

  • You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.
  • Support commercial aspects for merchant accounts within the Mid-Market relationship portfolio; queries involving product, pricing, and contract negotiations.

  • Manage inbound client requests as a collective team.

  • Collaborate across the Mid-Market team, support teams, and cross-sales team to bring cohesive engagement to clients while determining the necessary next action.

  • Advocate for clients internally across support teams for query resolution or prioritization.

  • Develop merchant-facing materials to support product cross-sell opportunities or account reviews based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitions.

  • Track and manage ongoing client projects within Salesforce.

  • Gain a deep working knowledge of company products and services.

  • Minimal US-domestic travel may be required for this role.
