Executive Associate

GTI Energy is hiring an Executive Associate to join our team and provide administrative support to our operating functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The position will be based in the Chicagoland area at the GTI Energy Headquarters. We offer a hybrid/core work week, where employees are remote Mondays and Fridays, and required to be on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

Primary responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements; responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner; preparing and drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations; managing files, records, and data entry; assisting with budget tracking and invoicing; creating and maintaining database(s), spreadsheet files, and other records; serving as department Learning and Safety Training Coordinator; initiating and tracking purchase requisitions; coordinating and tracking work authorization agreements; initiating and tracking subconsultant agreements; assisting with platform management; and performing other duties as assigned.

Required knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics include solid knowledge of MS Office applications, strong planning and detailed follow-up ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to make sound decisions with little supervision, ability to find creative solutions to problems, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills and diligence, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 USD annually. This salary range is GTI Energy's good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, GTI Energy's business or organizational needs and an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus. The range listed is just one component of GTI Energy's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
