Job description

Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level leadership within a fast-paced, multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced supporting senior executives in a QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit environment.

EA Requirements & Expectations
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior-level administrative experience
  • Previous experience directly supporting C-suite executives, CEOs, or senior leadership
  • QSR, restaurant, hospitality, franchising, retail, or multi-unit operations experience needed
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and changing priorities
  • Coordinate business and personal travel, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, talking points, and executive communications
  • Track action items, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a professional liaison between executives, internal teams, Franchisees, vendors, and outside partners
  • Assist with personal appointments, reservations, errands, purchases, deliveries, and other executive needs
  • Handle confidential business and personal information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, scheduling, and productivity tools
  • Exceptional communication, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced QSR environment
  • Must be located in the Tampa, FL area with reliable transportation for local, in-person support
  • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend support when needed
