Executive Assistant (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl had partnered up with a global EV battery manufacturing company and is\nlooking for a Executive Assistant. \n\nSummary:\n\nThe primary function of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative\nsupport for organizations executives. This position will be responsible for\nacting as a gatekeeper for the organization's C-level executives, preparing\nbriefings and reports for board meetings, coordinating between various C-level\nexecutives, managing special projects on behalf of the executives. The role\nrequires a blend of administrative proficiency, business acumen, and people\nskills.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Maintains executive's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings,\n conferences, teleconferences, and making travel arrangements, preparing and\n editing correspondence, presentations, and reports\n * Work closely with the executives to keep them informed of upcoming\n commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.\n * Maintains effective and professional verbal and written interactions with\n peers, executives, team leaders, and other staff\n * Works independently and/or within a team on special projects at the request\n of the executives, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, events\n and meetings. \n * Collects weekly status reports from team leaders and ensures effective\n communications across various teams and levels.\n * Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings, conference room reservations and\n management, organizing team meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes\n * Voucher entries for vendor invoices, corporate credits, reimbursement request\n for Executives\n * Manage and maintain Executives' schedules, appointments and travel\n arrangements according to personal preferences\n * Monitor, respond, and distribute incoming communications\n * Serves as administrative liaison with external partner organizations.\n * Receive and interact with incoming visitors as protocol dictates\n * Collect data and create analysis based on Executive's request and needs.\n * Performs all other duties as assign\n\n \n\nQualifications:\n\n * Bachelor degree in business administration, or a related field\n * Ability to effectively work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment\n * Bilingual Korean/English required\n\n \n\nExperience:\n\n * 2+ years of experience working in a corporate setting as an executive\n assistant or administration required\n\n \n\nSkills:\n\n * Strong organizational skills\n * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly \n * Excellent attention to detail skills \n * Must have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills \n * Flexible hours - based on the need for meetings, projects, and other business\n operations.\n * Advanced Microsoft Office skills
