Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting executive administration, office operations, and day-to-day business activities. This highly visible role partners closely with senior leadership while overseeing administrative processes, workplace operations, and employee support initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities, including conference room scheduling, office supplies, vendor coordination, facilities support, and workplace organization.
  • Vendor & Facilities Management: Serve as the primary contact for building management and external service providers while supporting office maintenance and operational needs.
  • Employee Coordination: Assist with employee travel, meetings, events, internal communications, onboarding activities, and other administrative initiatives.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain records, prepare reports, manage documentation, process expense reporting, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Operational Support: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
