Executive Assistant

A prestigious law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior partner. The ideal candidate is a polished professional who thrives on staying one step ahead, managing complex priorities, and serving as a trusted right hand. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and execute with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, including frequent changes, competing priorities, and high-volume scheduling
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive, managing inbox communications, prioritizing urgent matters, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes
  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications as needed
  • Support client-related activities, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up
  • Assist with gifting initiatives and other special projects as needed
  • Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure priorities are executed efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives, attorneys, or partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
