We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two senior executives that oversee the Credit and Investor Relations teams. Experience supporting Investor Relations leaders is strongly preferred. Client Details The organization operates as a respected leader in the Financial Services sector, known for its professional environment and structured operations. It has global reach and offers the stability of a well-established entity while fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace. This EA will work closely with a team of 15 other administrative staff, as well as another EA supporting this team directly. Description Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives. Coordinate closely with clients and maintain client confidentiality. Experience with investor relations is strongly preferred. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Act as the first point of contact, handling inquiries and correspondence on behalf of executives. Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed. Ensure effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives as required. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
