Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to company President, contributing to the smooth operation and effectiveness of the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. They will work closely with executives to manage their schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, handle confidential information, and assist in various administrative tasks to optimize their productivity and efficiency. 

This position is located in Staten Island, New York. 

Key Responsibilities
