  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to C-level executives within the company.
  • The ideal candidate is mature, highly organized, an expert multi-tasker with a strong work ethic.
  • The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a culture of high standards, attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
  • On a regular basis, performs duties which require the exercise of sophistication, intuition, excellent communication, and discretion.
  • Maintains executives’ daily appointment calendar, may manage executives e-mail inbox, makes travel and lodging arrangements as required, manages special projects, and handles credit card reconciliation.
  • The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and operating in a team atmosphere where everyone takes action to help each other by rolling up their sleeves to do what’s necessary for the success of the team.
  • The candidate must have exceptional intuition and the ability to disseminate information and raise items to the executives in real time.
  • They must be accountable, have clear, concise, and effective communication, ensuring everyone is kept in the loop.
  • Professionalism, sophistication, and poise are essential as the assistants serve as an extension of the Executive Leadership.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance.

This position is 100% in-person with no remote work available.

This position has a pay range of $54,074.18  to $83,510.75 USD.

What we need from you.

  • Position requires Associate Degree plus 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience or High School Degree plus 5-7 years’ related administrative experience. Must possess strong verbal communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of office procedures, effective time-management, the ability to take minutes of meetings and compose business correspondence.

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), calculator, and other automated office equipment.

  • A high level of communicative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle discreetly sensitive and confidential matters. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, sound judgment, diplomacy, humility, and aplomb.
