Executive Assistant Job in San Diego, CA LHH has partnered with a respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and meeting materials.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports and support day-to-day executive administrative needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for executives, managing communications and inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects and provide general office support as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Proven experience managing complex and frequently changing calendars.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
