Youll be the right hand managing communication, coordination, analytics, and events all while leveraging the latest tools and technology to streamline every touchpoint.

Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for Sales Partners.
Coordinate cross-functional communication between the Partner and teams Sales, Marketing, and Operations keeping everything moving.
Use AI and automation tools that help the Partner to enhance pipeline management, prospect research, and lead scoring.
Support client events from logistics to ROI tracking.
Recommend and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and results.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in supporting a C-Suite Executive.
Real estate experience helpful but not required.Proficiency with CRM systems.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and digital automation.
