Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced executive environment. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the CEO. Prioritize and manage the CEO's time effectively, ensuring optimal productivity. Communication and Correspondence: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries addressed to the CEO. Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate all logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, and technology setup. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant parties. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
