The Executive Assistant to President will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and strategic initiatives. This team is looking for a true executive support when it comes to streamlining calendars, coordinating travel, leading projects, building relationships with clients, and eventually overseeing the more junior administrative staff. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established and reputable investment and merchant banking firm that is headquartered in NYC with offices globally. This role is in office in Midtown 4 days a week. Description Provide direct administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support the President's initiatives. Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication for the President. Assist with event planning and execution as needed. Build relationships with clients and support investor relations initiatives on behalf of the President and her wider team. Manage some personal calendaring and travel on an ad-hoc basis.
