Ibotta is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This fast-paced, detail-oriented role enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and makes decisions with confidence. Our Chief Revenue Officer oversees a broad portfolio inside the business including Sales, Account Management, B2B Marketing, Measurement & Insights and Revenue Operations.
The Senior Executive Assistant will manage a high volume of travel, complex scheduling and meeting coordination, while liaising with senior leaders across the organization, supporting special projects, ensuring smooth office operations, and managing day-to-day workflow. No two days look the same at Ibotta, so adaptability is essential.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additional days in office may be required as needed. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Manage the CRO's heavy, ever-evolving calendar, proactively adjusting logistics and rescheduling meetings while maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders
  • Plan and manage comprehensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, flight tracking and real-time support throughout each trip
  • Oversee all meeting logistics, including materials preparation and catering coordination
  • Own the planning and execution of events for the revenue team, from initial concept through flawless on-site delivery
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on planning and logistics for CPG trade shows and industry events
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, diplomacy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Attend meetings as needed to capture minutes and drive follow-up on action items
  • Submit and reconcile monthly expense reports in a timely manner
  • Support cross-functional special projects as needed
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and executive assistants across the organization to ensure alignment and continuity of support
  • Occasional travel to conferences and meetings as needed

What we are looking for:
  • 7+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen ability to listen attentively and engage effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex domestic and international travel logistics
  • Proven business acumen, with the ability to understand revenue team priorities and exercise discretion when representing the CRO internally and externally
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience coordinating and executing corporate events, offsites, or team gatherings
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with marketing teams on trade show and industry event logistics, ideally within a CPG environment
  • A high degree of professionalism and polish when interfacing with customers, investors, and other senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with other administrative and executive assistants to ensure seamless cross-functional support
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

  • Base compensation range: $110,000 - $140,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
