WiSC Enterprises is seeking an experienced CIO Team Lead to provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise IT programs supporting the Intelligence Community. This role is responsible for managing complex IT operations and system enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment between mission priorities and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program management experience, a proven ability to lead technical teams, and expertise in developing executive-level deliverables, managing resources, and driving program performance. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact IT solutions in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • CIO Team Lead serves as a key personnel role responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT programs supporting the Intelligence Community.
  • This position provides strategic direction and oversight across IT operations, systems enhancement efforts, and program performance management.
  • The role requires a highly experienced leader with a strong background in program management, enterprise IT operations, and technical solution delivery. The Team Lead is responsible for guiding complex initiatives, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment between mission priorities and IT capabilities.
  • This includes developing executive-level materials, supporting acquisition and resource planning, and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Candidates must possess extensive experience leading large-scale IT efforts in a government or intelligence community environment, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and measurable results. A strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor management, and strategic planning is essential.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise IT programs and managing complex technical initiatives
  • Experience developing decision-quality materials (e.g., strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings) and driving executive action tracking
  • Proven ability to oversee portfolio/program performance, including:
    • Resource planning
    • Acquisition and procurement strategy
    • Vendor management and enterprise licensing

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or a related technical field
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional experience may be considered
    • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma
