  • This role will own all restaurant-level performance across an expanding multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio.
  • The COO will be responsible for driving EBITDA growth, operational discipline, leadership development, and seamless execution of new acquisitions and organic unit expansion.
  • This is a true build-and-scale role for an operator who thrives in high-growth, data-driven environments.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead all field operations across a growing multi-unit, multi-market pizzeria platform Own P&L performance, labor optimization, food cost, margin expansion, and unit-level profitability Build and scale a high-performance operating structure including RVPs, Directors of Ops, and Field Leaders Drive standardization across systems, processes, training, and operational execution Partner closely with the CEO and PE sponsor on growth strategy, unit economics, and platform expansion Lead integration of newly acquired brands and locations Oversee new store openings including site readiness, staffing, training, and launch execution Implement KPI dashboards, reporting cadence, and operating rhythms Optimize guest experience, brand execution, service speed, and food quality Serve as a culture carrier and leadership standard across the organization
