Pay Range $80k - $90k
YOUR ROLE
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives within our Commerical team in North America. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. This role is ideal for a confident professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly handle a wide range of responsibilities.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Oversee the executive's schedule, including arranging travel, meetings, and conferences, scheduling appointments, and modifying appointments as needed.
  • Review and analyze submissions, letters, agendas, memos, and determine their importance; ensure timely and efficient routing to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare reports, gather, and analyze information, and prepare presentations.
  • Document meeting discussions and provide minutes.
  • Perform data analysis; Ability to filter and sort data, perform V-lookup, and other functions.
  • Draft responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence for executives.
  • Engage with internal customers when appropriate and resolve issues.
  • Report unresolved issues to executives for attention.
  • Order and maintain the department's office supplies inventory.
  • Lead and oversee administrative projects for specific areas of responsibility.
  • Review and approve invoices.
  • Develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and customers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology changes and innovations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of related experience.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from diverse and multi-functional backgrounds.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job-specific software applications is required.
