Executive Assistant

A manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-driven Executive Assistant to support the Director of Technology. This critical role ensures the Director operates at peak efficiency by managing administrative operations, maintaining follow-through on priorities, and anticipating needs. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and confident making decisions and solving problems when leadership is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Director's calendar, meetings, priorities, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate notes, maintain documentation, and track action items through completion.
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact, preparing materials, coordinating communications, and supporting departmental workflows.
  • Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and independently resolve routine matters to keep projects and priorities moving forward.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational, note-taking, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
