As an Executive Assistant for Roku's Devices Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness for senior executives across product, engineering, technology, and operations functions. This position goes beyond traditional calendar management - it requires serving as a trusted partner who enables leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of critical business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently navigate shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism. You will provide proactive support by anticipating needs, streamlining communication, and coordinating complex logistics across global time zones. This highly visible role is integral to the fast-paced Devices organization, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a non-exempt position supporting multiple executives within the Devices leadership team and will be hybrid.

 What are the responsibilities of the role?
  • Act as a strategic partner to Roku's Devices leadership, optimizing their time and enabling high-impact decision-making
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Prioritize competing demands, exercising sound judgment to keep executives focused on the highest-priority work
  • Track and drive key action items, ensuring follow-through on high-priority initiatives
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and managing follow-ups to ensure progress
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, direct reports, and external partners to streamline communication and coordination
  • Plan and execute leadership off-sites, team events, and key business meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Create purchase orders and review and approve invoices for vendor payments as needed
  • Provide backup coverage for various administrative functions as needed
 What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku?
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related support role working with senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
