Chandler Maclain is partnering with a confidential employer seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant for an immediate opportunity supporting executive leadership. This position is available on either a temp-to-hire or direct hire basis for the right candidate.


We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person executives can rely on to keep priorities moving, stay organized, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role combines traditional executive support with occasional personal assistant responsibilities, making it an excellent fit for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys variety in their day.


What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level support to two senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expense reports
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Coordinate executive meetings, visitors, and special events
  • Assist with confidential projects and day-to-day executive needs
  • Handle a blend of executive assistant and occasional personal assistant responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects and communications moving efficiently
  • Maintain organized files, documentation, and administrative processes
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help executives stay focused on business priorities


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar corporate support experience
  • Experience supporting executive or senior leadership strongly preferred
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Stable work history with a reputation for reliability, accountability, and follow-through

Compensation
