Job Title: Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard business hours | Full-time

About The Company: Our client is a professional services firm looking for a polished, capable Executive Assistant to support their C-suite. They place a premium on professionalism, discretion, and organizational strength, all within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Job Description: This role covers day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, board meeting attendance, and office event support. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support directly to C-suite executives
  • Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Attend board meetings and take accurate meeting minutes
  • Process and track expense reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executive leadership
  • Coordinate logistics for office events and internal meetings

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience as an executive assistant directly supporting multiple members of C-Suite
  • Experience liaising with the Board of Directors preferred
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Concur expense reporting
  • Excellent communicator; proactive, organized, detail-focused, and self-directed
  • Skilled at anticipating needs and managing urgent, shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's degree required
