Job description

Mission Financial Planners, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, preparing correspondence and reports, and assisting with special projects. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow and maintain professionalism.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic financial advisory environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our team.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
