Executive / Personal Assistant
Location: Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV

Overview
A private family office in Summerlin, Las Vegas is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to support a family of four and oversee the smooth operation of their primary residence and related properties. This is a task-oriented, coordination-focused role suited for someone who is resourceful, service-minded, and comfortable managing people, vendors, and logistics rather than performing hands-on work.
The household includes three nannies and one private chef, and the ideal candidate is confident managing staff schedules, payroll coordination, and daily household systems while serving as a trusted point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and service schedules for the family
  • Assist with travel coordination and logistics as needed
  • Handle personal and household-related tasks with efficiency and discretion
  • Serve as a reliable right-hand support in a family office environment
Household & Staff Management
  • Oversee household staff (3 nannies, 1 chef), including scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day oversight
  • Manage payroll coordination for household staff
  • Ensure clear communication, structure, and accountability across the household team
  • Support a positive, professional household working environment
Property & Vendor Management (Non-Hands-On)
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of residential (and any related) properties to assess condition

  • Oversee repairs and service calls through completion
