A highly successful and entrepreneurial real estate investment firm is seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to its Founder. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will serve as a trusted partner to a dynamic executive, helping manage both business and personal priorities with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

Executive Support

Calendar & Schedule Management (Primary Focus)

  • Manage a complex and ever-evolving executive calendar.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively adjust priorities.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reminders, and logistical details to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Travel Coordination

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Create detailed itineraries and oversee all travel logistics.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and reservations.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes and travel disruptions with ease.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Process expense reports and maintain organized records.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare documents as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and business initiatives.
