Personal Assistant


We are seeking a Personal Assistant for a UHNW Family! 


Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Supervise and schedule household staff
  • Liaise with household staff at other properties to ensure they are prepared for the families arrival
  • Plan intricate travel itineraries (domestic and international) and ensure every aspect is planned including air travel (commercial and private), hotels, restaurant reservations, ground transport, etc


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Personal Assistance with a UHNW Individual or Family
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
