Organizational Structure
The Chief Operating Officer provides executive oversight of Human Resources and Safety functions, with respective leadership reporting directly into this role. This structure ensures alignment of workforce strategy, compliance, and safety performance with overall operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Provide strategic leadership aligned with company vision, goals, and growth objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise performance across all business units
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that support scalability and long-term expansion

Operations Sales (OS Program Leadership)
• Lead and own the Operations Sales Program (OS Program) as the primary driver of revenue growth
