Job description

Revenue Operations Manager
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: East Rutherford, NJ
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 / year
Description
About APC Postal Logistics
APC Postal Logistics helps U.S. businesses expand globally through customized international delivery services, cross-border solutions, and technology.
Everything we do is built around helping our customers deliver a consumer experience that strengthens their brand, creates loyalty, and drives growth in international markets.
As APC continues to invest in technology, talent, and infrastructure, we are entering a new phase of growth. With the rebranding of APC, the redesign of our customer-facing and internal technologies, and the addition of new leadership and talent, APC is positioned to scale aggressively in the years ahead.
That growth requires more than great products and services. It requires operational excellence, accountability, visibility, and execution across Sales and Client Engagement.
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in helping APC scale. This position will help organize our commercial ecosystem, improve the flow of information, create visibility into performance, and transform data into direction that help drive revenue growth across the organization.
Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for organizing, improving, and scaling APC's commercial operating system.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Client Engagement, and Leadership. Their mission is simple: create visibility, accountability, and organization that helps APC generate more revenue.
This is not a passive reporting role.
We're not looking for someone to simply build reports and dashboards. We're looking for someone who can organize information, connect systems, identify trends, create direction from data, and help leadership make better decisions.
The Revenue Operations Manager will own and improve the systems that power revenue generation, including Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, eTail Insights, marketing platforms, onboarding workflows, and commercial reporting.
A major responsibility of this role is creating a commercial environment where information is easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to act upon. Whether preparing for a prospect meeting, customer review, forecast discussion, pipeline review, or executive meeting, APC teams should have the information they need at their fingertips.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and VP of Client Engagement, who report directly to the President.
Initially, this role will take direction. Over time, we expect this individual to help shape direction by identifying trends, challenging assumptions, uncovering opportunities, and bringing recommendations to leadership.
Core Objectives
1. Build APC's Commercial Operating System
Create structure, organization, and consistency across:
  • Salesforce
  • Salesloft
  • ZoomInfo
  • eTail Insights
  • Marketing platforms
  • Onboarding systems
  • Commercial reporting

Develop and maintain:
  • SOPs
  • Playbooks
  • Reporting libraries
  • Process documentation
  • Knowledge repositories

Ensure critical information is organized, accessible, and actionable.

The goal is simple: to help Sales and Client Engagement access and utilize accurate information and data and generate revenue.
3. Deliver Business Intelligence
Build reporting that drives action, not just activity.
Responsibilities include:
  • Executive dashboards
  • KPI scorecards
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Forecast reporting
  • Conversion reporting
  • Performance analysis

Identify:
  • Opportunities
  • Risks
  • Trends
  • Gaps
  • Areas for improvement

Turn data into recommendations leadership can act on.
4. Improve Systems & Data Quality
Ensure APC's commercial systems are accurate, connected, and scalable.
Responsibilities include:

Leadership Support
  • Provide recommendations based on trends and data.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives.
  • Help scale APC's commercial infrastructure as the organization grows.
