About the role
We are seeking a transformational executive to serve as VP, Global People Enablement (Consultant) to define and architect the future state of our global People infrastructure, operating model, and technology ecosystem.
This role will operate as a strategic advisor and hands-on transformation leader, responsible for modernizing and integrating our People Services & Operations, Total Rewards, and People Technology functions into a cohesive, scalable, and globally aligned enablement engine.
The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, a world-class People Operations background, and a track record of leading enterprise HR transformations across complex, global organizations.
This is a high-impact role focused on building durable systems, capabilities, and governance that will enable the People function - and the business - to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Define the Future-State People Enablement Strategy
  • Develop and articulate a multi-year vision for People Enablement, integrating operations, rewards, and technology into a unified global framework.
  • Assess current-state capabilities, systems, workflows, and governance; identify gaps and transformation priorities.
  • Establish a scalable global operating model that supports regional nuances while driving standardization and efficiency.
Lead Global People Operations & Services
  • Oversee global People Services, shared services, case management, and HR operations delivery.
  • Design service delivery models (tiered services, COE alignment, regional hubs) that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and service-level improvements.
  • Implement metrics and SLAs to measure operational performance and employee satisfaction.
Oversee Payroll, Benefits and Compensation Infrastructure & Governance
  • In close partnership with the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, provide executive-level oversight of global payroll, benefits, and compensation infrastructure to ensure continued operational excellence and long-term scalability. This role will build upon the strong foundation already established within Payroll and Benefits, with the Sr. Director continuing to lead those functions.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director and broader leadership team to further modernize compensation and benefits operations infrastructure, strengthening governance, compliance, and global consistency while preserving the integrity of existing programs.
  • Ensure global pay programs, benefits administration, equity processes, and compliance frameworks remain operationally sound, scalable, and aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Champion the seamless integration and optimization of rewards systems within Workday and related technology platforms, enhancing efficiency and data integrity across Total Rewards.
Lead Global People Technology & Workday Strategy
  • Serve as executive owner of Workday, our system of record.
  • Develop a long-term Workday roadmap, including module optimization, integrations, reporting, and governance.
  • Oversee configuration strategy, release management, data integrity, and system architecture.
  • Ensure effective integration between Workday and adjacent platforms (ATS, payroll, equity, case management, analytics tools).
  • Drive automation and AI-forward solutions where appropriate.
Transformation & Change Leadership
  • Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives related to process redesign and system modernization.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations, rewards infrastructure, and People tech.
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and executive stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business strategy.
  • Establish governance frameworks for People data, compliance, and risk management.
About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across People Operations, HR Technology, and Total Rewards infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HRIS, including implementation, optimization, and global governance.
  • Proven experience leading global People Operations or Shared Services organizations.
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise-scale HR transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits operations in multinational environments.
  • Experience integrating HR systems with Finance, payroll, ATS, and analytics ecosystems.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong operational discipline paired with strategic vision.
Key Capabilities
  • Enterprise systems thinker
  • Operational excellence leader
  • Transformation architect
  • Change management expert
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Global compliance fluency
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
Success Outcomes (12 months)

  • Stabilized, optimized, and future-proofed Workday ecosystem.
  • Improved employee experience through streamlined service delivery.
  • Increased automation and reduced manual operational burden.
