Job description

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Principal AI executive to drive the adoption of AI tools on our original film and television productions. This role will work with department leaders across creative development, physical production, production finance, post, VFX, music and others that are part of development and production. We are seeking someone with production experience, a demonstrated knowledge in AI applications across the production process, and a track record of driving adoption of new tools and/or innovation on productions.


Key job responsibilities
Drive adoption of AI tools on productions
Identify, evaluate, and recommend nascent AI technologies for testing on productions globally that impact quality, speed, and/or budget
Engage with promising vendors and manage successful deployment of innovative solutions
Identify emerging trends and technologies that could transform production processes
Build business cases assessing the implementation of AI solutions on productions
Establish standards and best practices for using AI on productions
Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and compelling business cases
Partner with creative, production, production finance, post, and operations teams to integrate AI into production workflows
Partner with operations and finance teams to measure impact of AI initiatives
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement
