Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to directly support our Executive Vice President. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily administrative operations, managing everything from complex schedules to corporate events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage and coordinate the EVPโ€™s daily calendar, ensuring efficient time management and prioritizing critical meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of internal and external company events, meetings, and team gatherings.

  • General Administrative Support: Prepare reports, manage expense tracking, organize digital files, and handle daily administrative tasks to maximize executive efficiency.
