Pain Management Physician

Location: New Hyde Park, NY and Richmond Hill, NY

Salary: $300,000

Summary:

We are currently seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pain management services between both offices New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill, including the diagnosis and treatment of various pain conditions, with strong emphasis on interventional procedures. This opportunity is one of a kind offering a friendly, personable, professional atmosphere. The opportunity to practice here is a unique experience that comes with flexibility, knowledge, and experience.

Seeking Candidates that are Residency Trained in PM&R and Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Management

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal disorders and other medical conditions that affect movement and function.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and injections and interventional procedures.
  • Interventional procedures include Cervical/Lumbar Epidural injections, Medial branch blocks, RFA, Spinal cord stimulator trials, Percutaneous discectomy, SI Joint injections/Fusion, Joint injections and other interventions

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Fellowship in Pain Management
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
