  • Build trusted, influential relationships with XFN partners across Sales Strategy & Operations, Corporate Finance, and Central FP&A, and represent the NA Enterprise perspective in company-wide planning and Earnings-related processes

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related quantitative field within a fast-paced technology, digital advertising, or media environment; 3+ years of directly managing people
  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership - driving revenue, OpEx, and headcount decisions for a significant business or region
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and analytics, with the ability to translate sales strategy into actionable financial frameworks and recommendations
  • Demonstrated AI fluency - experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and forecasting workflows, with a rigorous approach to validating outputs and maintaining critical ownership of final recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to autonomously develop insights and present to senior executive audiences (CRO, CFO, VP-level Sales) with clarity, confidence, and influence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to build credibility, navigate competing priorities, and drive alignment across a broad set of senior Sales and XFN partners
