Job description

Executive Director Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Assisted Living community, ensuring quality care and services
  • Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Manage relationships with Medicaid programs, Council on Aging, case managers, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, Medicaid guidelines, and survey readiness
  • Drive occupancy through community outreach and referral partnerships
  • Manage budget, labor, and overall financial performance

Executive Director Requirements:
  • Licensed (or eligible) Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing
  • Strong experience with Medicaid, waiver programs, and community-based services
  • Proven ability to work with diverse and underserved populations
  • Experience partnering with Council on Aging, hospitals, or community agencies
  • Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge
  • Clinical background or strong clinical oversight experience preferred
